You Are a Copyright Criminal

You may not know or care much about copyright law, but don't worry, it cares about you.
No matter who you are or what you do, you are a copyright criminal. This isn't really your fault; but it's true nonetheless.
The liminal areas of the copyright act are, to put it kindly, insane. This talk examines some of those areas, and offers some ways to help change them.
Bio:
Bobby Glushko is happiest in the area where the law and the library meet. He currently works as an associate librarian at the University of Michigan Library, where he helps develop copyright policy, and occasionally opines on the state of the law and the way it should look in the future.
