Twitter is all the rage but a lot of people aren't sure how to get involved and are afraid they don't know the rules. The thing is, Twitter is a giant social hour and many of the same rules of a cocktail party apply. I'd present -- in a humorous way -- the similarities between a cocktail party and Twitter, focusing on the various personality types you meet at both.
