Dave Bell - Co-founder of Campleadership: Has been working with youth, teens and camp programs for more than 15-years. He has directed day camps, teen adventure camps and served as executive director of a year-round residential camp. He currently serves as Director of Camping Services for the YMCA of Greater Charlotte. His passions are staff development, program quality and customer engagement.
