Bio:
Joshua Ribolla holds a BA in Cognitive Science from Northwestern University and an MS in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan. He was drawn to usability and user-centered design work after a stint as a CRM consultant, where he discovered that the price of poor usability could be decreased sales, as well as increased stress. He now works at Fry, Inc., where he focuses on interaction design for mobile and desktop e-commerce websites.
