Sandy Fiaschetti, VP, People Development
Sandy oversees all people-related systems including organizational culture and effectiveness, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and work environment.
With over 15 years of HR experience as an internal and external consultant to many companies in the Fortune 100, Sandy is passionate about the importance of integrating personnel initiatives into strategic business plans and emphasizing creativity and innovation in the workplace. In her work with senior executives she uncovers key business challenges and then designs processes to select and develop staff to best overcome those challenges. Sandy has created HR practices for a start-up dealership network, has managed development of Latin American executives in a Fortune 10 company as a Senior Consultant at Development Dimensions International, and as Organizational Development and Talent Acquisition Manager at DaimlerChrysler has worked with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Finance on culture, staffing, and morale.
Mike Muehmel, Manager Product Planning & Sales
Mike leads the product planning and sales activities for the Bright IDEA vehicle. With 25 years of automotive experience, Mike has extensive knowledge and skill in the development and sales of innovative products from concept through production to renewal. Mike is passionate about creating vehicles that provide solutions to reduce customers’ total cost of ownership, improve the environment, make our nation more energy independent, and incorporate the Voice of the Customer in every phase of the development process. His broad-based experience includes working in the areas of advance manufacturing, international operations, product planning, product development, and sales. At Chrysler, Mike held executive positions in Mopar product development and Jeep Wrangler product marketing, and leadership positions in programs including Stow ’n Go ™ minivans, Chrysler Pacifica, Dodge Journey, and the international Viper. He was the advance manufacturing corporate team member on the Partnership for a New Generation Vehicle program, editor and contributor to the Manufacturing Book of Knowledge, and instructor for classes including Lean Product & Process Design, and Ergonomics for Manufacturing. Mike has a BA in Management from Western Michigan University and an MS in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
