Ignite Talks by Sky Bristol

Sky Bristol is currently the Director of Applied Earth Systems Informatics Research at the U.S. Geological Survey in Denver, Colorado. Sky's passion for the effective blending of science and technology toward more effective and efficient resource management decision making led him from an early career in environmental contaminants investigations with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to the pursuit of a computer and information science capability in the USGS. Sky believes strongly in pushing the boundaries of the possible and challenging established wisdom through enabling smart scientists and technologists, creating right places and right times for innovation.
