Gordon Del Giorno started Film Brothers Productions in 1999, when he and his brother produced and directed their first feature film - and lost most of their money! Determined to stick with his passion for filmmaking, Gordon started producing and promoting special events. Bad Hair Sketch Comedy Shows and Film Brothers Festival of Shorts have since become staples for people in Wilmington hungry for unique entertainment. Gordon has gained a reputation for selling out venues before the event dates by tying in local businesses and organizations. Gordon’s latest venture is the “Film Brothers Movie CO-OP” in Wilmington’s LOMA, and it is scheduled to open in November. The goal is for the CO-OP to be a hub for business people to collaborate with artists on mutually beneficial projects. Gordon has been married for 3 years and attributes his next level of success to his wife’s ongoing support.
